Hi there! I'm Elena.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master's of Social Work and from Lewis-Clark State College with a Bachelor's of Social Work and one in Management as well.

Whether you are working through communication challenges, conflict, intimacy concerns, pre-marital preparation, family expansion, or separation, my goal is to meet you where you are and build on the strengths you already carry. I support women facing the emotional and relational shifts of new parenthood, as well as individuals and partners at any stage of their relationship journey — because no matter where you are, you deserve a space to heal, grow, and thrive. My approach blends evidence-based techniques, including Gottman's Methods, with a warm, empathetic, and relational style, drawing on a range of integrative modalities to ensure every person I work with feels truly heard, supported, and capable of building strong, healthy, and fulfilling relationships.

I have completed a certificate program in the clinical use of tarot card imagery in psychotherapy, a training that explores the use of symbolic imagery as an expressive arts tool within the therapeutic relationship. In our work together, I may offer tarot cards as one optional way to access and explore your inner experience — not as fortune-telling or prediction, but as a projective, client-led tool. The rich archetypal imagery of the cards can help externalize difficult feelings, support emotional expression, deepen self-understanding, and open new pathways into narrative, parts work, and trauma-informed processing. Participation is always entirely your choice, the meaning of any image always comes from you, and you are welcome to decline or discontinue at any time.

I have completed Gottman Certifications and Trainings, Adlerian Training, a Tarot Certification Program and many more relationship-focused trainings. This training allows me to adapt my approach to suit the unique needs of each relationship I work with. I am committed to ongoing education and attending professional development courses to stay current with relationship trends and factors. I work to select pieces of training that incorporate cultural responsiveness, which enables me to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying relationship dynamics.
