Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the State of Washington. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master’s of Social Work and from Lewis-Clark State College with a Bachelor's of Social Work and one in Management as well.  

As a counselor, I enjoy focusing on relationship health and success. I work in various areas, including communication enhancement, conflict resolution, mediation, intimacy issues, family expansion or familial concerns, separation, and pre-marital counseling. No matter what stage your relationship is at, I want to support you in achieving your goals by helping those working with partners or on themselves build strong, healthy, and fulfilling relationships. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a warm, relational, empathetic style, ensuring each couple feels heard and supported. I use Gottman's Methods to meet each couple's needs, whether dealing with minor challenges or significant obstacles. 

I have completed Gottman Certifications and Trainings, Adlerian Training, and many more relationship-focused trainings. This training allows me to adapt my approach to suit the unique needs of each relationship I work with. I am committed to ongoing education and attending professional development courses to stay current with relationship trends and factors. I work to select pieces of training that incorporate cultural responsiveness, which enables me to effectively work with couples from diverse backgrounds and with varying relationship dynamics.
