Sundae Stone, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) in the state of Washington and a registered Idaho telehealth provider. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and Sociology from Walla Walla University, graduating in June 2025, and have completed a year-long clinical internship with Dragonfly Counseling. My training and experience include working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individualized care, fostering resilience, and connecting clients to supportive resources. In the future, I plan to pursue certification in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment to expand my ability to serve clients navigating addiction and recovery.
My therapeutic work is grounded in a relational approach, emphasizing the creation of a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can engage in meaningful healing and personal growth. I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting change. When relationship challenges are present, I draw from The Gottman Method, offering research-based tools to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and promote healthier relationships.
