EMDR

Gottman Method — Relationship Therapy

Whether you're navigating a rough patch or wanting to invest in an already strong relationship, this approach offers practical, evidence-based tools.

Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy™

KA-EMDR combines low-dose sublingual ketamine with EMDR therapy to help clients access deeper healing. The ketamine — prescribed and overseen by a licensed medical provider — gently reduces anxiety and expands your window of tolerance, making trauma processing feel more manageable and effective.

Play Therapy

Play is how children make sense of their world — and Play Therapy meets them right there. Rather than expecting kids to sit and talk about their feelings, Play Therapy uses play, art, and creative expression as the language of healing. We work with children navigating anxiety, trauma, family changes, and more.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT teaches four practical skill sets — mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness — to help people who feel like their emotions run the show. It's especially effective for depression, anxiety, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder, and works well for anyone who wants concrete tools for managing intense feelings.

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

CFT is especially helpful for people who carry a lot of self-criticism, shame, or guilt. Drawing on neuroscience and evolutionary psychology, it helps you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself — not as a feel-good exercise, but as a skill that genuinely changes how your nervous system responds to distress.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps you stop fighting your inner experiences and start building a life guided by your values instead. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings, ACT builds psychological flexibility — learning to hold hard things more lightly while still moving forward. It works well for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and life transitions.
